Michelin Pilot All-Season Tires or Continental Extreme Contact DWS Tires?

They are going on a 2008 Acura TL.

1. It would help to know which Michelin Pilot all-season tire since they make several very different all-season tires called "Pilot" (a name used on all Michelin high-performance tires). But I'll make this simple. If you live where it snows and don't own a set of winter tires (like you should) then get the Continentals. If it never snows where you live..., why bother with all-season tires?
