How do you redeem miles on past flights in Continental/United?
My family and I flew Continental for the first time overseas and we did not have a Onepass account at that time. When we arrived, I went to make a Onepass account and I've tried to put in my miles. I have to confirmation number, flight number and everything. How do I redeem these miles? The site doesn't show a way to do that and there is no FAQ for this.

- How long ago did you take those flights, and do you still have all your boarding passes for all flights flown? United and Continental's mileage programs have not yet been fully integrated, and since you signed up for OnePass, I can only assume that your travel took place with Continental. I would call Continental's OnePass office and ask them what the procedure is. They would be the best equipped to answer all your questions. I do know there is a time frame for you to claim miles...call them straight away...you can get their number from their website. By-the-way... you are trying to deposit those miles into your OnePass acct, right?? You're not trying to REDEEM them...yet.
- You usually have one month after your travel date to redeem. Call Continental
- At this point you will have to call customer service. They may or may not allow you to claim those points if you were not a OnePass member when you flew. One Pass will merge with Mileage Plus at the end of this year.
- You can claim your miles here: http://www.continental.com/web/en-US/content/contact/onepass/MileageCredit.aspx
