How long do Continental Airlines rewards last?

During July 2011, Continental offered me $800, that can be only used on Continental flights, to change the flight so I agreed. I was wondering when that $800 expire if I received it in July. Thanks in advance

1. I would call Continental to get the right answer. Many airline vouchers are valid for one year, but who knows except Continental how long your reward is good for?
