Continental Airline Tickets

What happens when continental plates meet continental plates and when they meet oceanic plates?

Science final tomorrow. I can't remember what the answer to this is and I can't find it in my notes. I know that when continental plates meet oceanic plates the less dense rises or something like that. But anyways, help please?

1. when 2 continental plates collide it is a convergent plate boundary and it forms a mountain. When continental plates meet oceanic plates I believe it makes a trench or causes subduction but I'm not completely sure look it up on the internet.
