Continental Airline Tickets

What continental US city is the cheapest to fly out of on a trip to Maui?

I have a frequent flyer ticket for a free continental flight...I live in MN so I am looking to cut the cost of flying out to Maui via a city I can get to via my frequent flyer miles.

1. Los Angeles, - LAX is always the cheapest! The second cheapest would probably be San Francisco - SFO.
