Continental cookery course - what dishes will I cook?

Hi, I am booked on a 10hr continental cookery course and am waiting for the recipe list, what do you think I will be cooking?

  2. Penne pasta with an arrabiata sauce served with fresh asparagus. If you do, give me a shout and I'll be round like a shot for a taste! Hope the course goes well for you.
  3. Probably Classic French dishes like Coq au Vin or Bouillabaise (Fish Soup) but you might get a creative tutor who will tech you German dishes like Schnitzel with saute potatoes and green beans. Its currently the Asparagus season so you will probably be taught the proper way to cook those yummy veggies. Keith
