How can I identify a Jeep Cherokee wheel?

I have what I believe is a wheel/tire combo from a late model Cherokee. The tire, original I think, is a Continental Touring LX 225/75-R15. The wheel has a Chrysler Corporation logo on the backside with several numbers stamped into the wheel spokes. How can I determine: what it came on originally and/or what years Cherokee it will fit? Thanks for any advice.
