What is a good auto repair shop in California?

I need to replace the tire irons and ball joints for a 1999 Lincoln Continental, can you name me an honest place or a couple of honest places (to compare prices)? Thanks in advance I live in San Diego near the Marine Corp Recruit Depot, a place close by and affordable would be ideal. Thanks so much. I had a friend inspect my car and this is what he believes to be wrong with it.

1. as they all said no. A repair shop is supposed to keep in contact with u about any repair they are going to perform. When the call you they have to give you the problem, estimate, and length of time needed for the repair. I think a lawer or some kind of legal action should be taken.
