2. Companion passes are a benefit of employees and for you to use them, you must be a designated companion of an individual employee. There is no website available to the general public that outlines these guidelines...They ARE however, available to the employee. If you are a designated companion of a Continental Airlines employee, direct this question TO that employee. He/she can look the information up, or call the pass bureau for specifics.
