Continental Airline Tickets

What are they building by the Continental Arena (East Rutherford, NJ)?

There appears to be this massive structure going up on the Meadowlands complex. The walls have tilings with shades of blue and completely obstruct the view of Continental Arena (when seeing it past the Exit 18W tolls on the NJ Turnpike). One part towards the back looks like some sort of ascent. Does anyone know what they are constructing there since there is nothing advertised outside the structure to tell you.
